We are now looking to add a Client Engagement Executive to our Sweden-focused operations, based in our Copenhagen office. This is a client-facing, commercially oriented role ideal for someone who knows how to drive growth while maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.

You’ll work with some of the most interesting clients in the region, managing strategic accounts and supporting business expansion. If you’re ready to take ownership of client success, identify growth opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor, we’d like to hear from you.

What You Will Do

As a Client Engagement Executive focused on our Swedish market, you will:

  • Maintain and grow strategic client accounts with a focus on client margin, growth, and satisfaction, in close collaboration with the Client Partner.
  • Independently manage smaller client accounts, taking full ownership of their success and development.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings to gather feedback and provide engagement updates.
  • Identify opportunities for additional consulting services through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Support business development initiatives by sharing client insights and identifying areas for collaboration.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new opportunities.
  • Manage client change requests (CRs) in coordination with Client Partners and Bid & Contract Management, ensuring smooth backlog handling.
  • Align closely with the Client Partner on account strategy, client growth, and business expansion.
  • Collaborate with our Business Line teams to leverage the full suite of Gavdi services in client engagements.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and driven account manager who can lead with confidence and deliver value to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience in account management, sales, or client service in the HRIT, consulting, or technology sector.
  • Solid understanding of sales execution, contract management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements while driving growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Swedish and English.
  • A collaborative approach and experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
  • A client-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
  • Residence in the Øresund Region (or willingness to commute to Copenhagen office).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
