Technical Implementation Consultant – Battlefield Health
Join Systematic as Technical Implementation Consultant for our newly developed solution Battlefield Health – bridging the capabilities of our SitaWare defence solution with our healthcare domain experience and support the sales team in getting the most out of our solution.

The job 
As our new Technical Implementation Consultant for Battlefield Health, you will become part of Projects and Delivery. The department is responsible for handling all our deliveries, customer contracts, projects, customer implementations, trainings and services for the customer and in this role, you will also work closely with our sales team and potential new customers.

You will use your insights from the military domain and technical skills to promote our product portfolio to obtain new customers and furthermore, you will play a key role in all of our sales events.

Some of your everyday tasks will be to:
  
  • Use your technical skills and military domain experience to setups and configure demo systems for the sales team to use at conferences and exhibitions and exercises
  • Work as a technical sales support
  • Play a key role in ensuring that we will succeed at customer meetings, exhibitions and conferences.
  • Configure SitaWare Battlefield Health in order to reflect optimal workflow for the soldier
  • Define patient workflows and scenarios to support demos and training material


In the future and when our solutions is even more mature, we imagine that you will be working with making demos and participate in sales conferences and exhibitions, participate in workshops to understand and facilitate the understanding of user needs to help form our Battlefield Health Product Suite.

Joining the Battlefield Health – Project & Service team
Battlefield Health is Systematics new Market Unit in the Healthcare Business Unit. The Market Unit is combining Systematics existing and well-proven EMR and C4ISR solutions in to a Military Medical Information System, and utilizes extensive domain knowledge and long-term experience to deliver critical decision support for healthcare professionals in the Defence sector.

Drawing on over 30 years of defence and healthcare expertise, Battlefield Health provides critical decision support for military and civilian personnel providing healthcare during battle, enhancing continuity of care, patient tracking, and flow management. The SitaWare Battlefield Health platform offers a comprehensive multinational set-up to manage patient tracking and flow from incident to repatriation, delivering a Recognized Medical Picture and supporting the operational requirements for Military Medical Support.

The department is responsible for handling customer contracts, projects, customer implementations, trainings and services for the customer.

Battlefield Health is a new product area which means that The Project and Service team is under build up and you will help form and establish the team together with the rest of the team. The team collaborates closely together with the international sales teams and product development team. Our objective is to bring the best product fit to our existing and new customers.

Your Qualifications

You are curious, especially about the product that you are working on and base your technical competencies on providing the team with short-cuts for new features or functionalities.

As we are working on new software, you should also thrive in a setup, where we are currently building some things up, and you see yourself as someone who would like to contribute to this.

Beyond your personal qualifications, we expect that you have a Bachelor or similar within a relevant field.

As for your technical background, we expect you to have the following experience:

  • Understanding of networking, virtualization, containerization and general IT administrator capabilities e.g. in Linux or Windows OS
  • Working experience with setting up and configuring IT solutions
  • Domain knowledge from defence and working with SitaWare is beneficial


We expect you to have professional proficiency in both English & Danish.
