How You Will Make An Impact

As our new Senior Global Logistics Data Analyst, you will be hands-on in developing structured, well-governed data products that bring clarity to operational decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with both technical and business stakeholders, connecting data, tools, and teams to create scalable impact across our logistics operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines, models, and transformations in Databricks (preferably on Azure) using SQL and Python.
• Design and optimise mart-layer data models to support self-service analytics and seamless Power BI integration.
• Develop advanced Power BI reports, ensuring best practices in data model design, DAX, visualisation, and report performance.
• Drive data governance by managing ownership, documentation, access control, and quality monitoring.
• Evaluate and harmonise local analytics use cases, guiding standardisation and strategy for global vs. local data ownership.
  
  

You will be part of a small, agile team within our global logistics organisation, collaborating across markets. Occasional travel to logistics sites in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, UK, and Poland is expected (20–30 days/year).

What Will Make You Successful

You have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a similar field, with a solid academic foundation and work experience in data modelling, statistics, or programming.

We are looking for a hands-on data professional with

• Advanced skills in SQL and Python, and extensive experience with Databricks on Azure.
• Proven expertise in data architecture (raw, curated, mart layers) and Power BI development.
• Familiarity with data governance, documentation, and version control tools like GitHub.
• Ability to understand complex logistics operations and translate business needs into structured data solutions.
• Strategic thinking to harmonise and scale analytics products, with a proactive, self-directed approach.
• At least 3 years’ experience within Supply Chain, with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of production and logistics processes.
