Job Description
Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Quality Technician who can understand our products from the end-user perspective, and who can ensure the delivery of quality solutions to our customers.

You will become part of a team consisting of skilled and committed colleagues, where you will play an important role in managing non-conforming parts and to assist the building of quality into our existing products and processes.
The Quality departments finest task is to be the customers voice into the organization and support the business in improving products and processes – says Quality Manager, Julia Baker.
Job Responsibilities
As our new Quality Technician, you will be responsible for analyzing nonconforming parts from internal and external customers. You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
With focus on product quality, your mission will be to boost customer confidence by ensuring the quality of future products and processes within Connect & Control Solutions (CCS)
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To
To be considered for this position you may have an educational background as electronics technician or hands-on experience with electronics and quality projects.

- Analyze product returns as part of the Corrective Action Process
- Analyze internal production rejects.
- Support internal stakeholders with continuous improvement projects and actions based on analysis results.
To be considered for this position you may have an educational background as electronics technician or hands-on experience with electronics and quality projects.
Furthermore, we are looking for the following skills and qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of core quality tools and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.
- Proficient in written as well as spoken English
- Basic knowledge of SW use in electronics products
- Thorough electronics knowledge
