About The Position
The position is designed for students who have a keen interest and passion for enhancing daily operations and ensuring workplace security. The primary responsibility is to assist the teams in their daily activities. Key tasks may include:
As a member of the Facility Management and Security Department & Business Continuity at Fujifilm Biotechnologies, you will be reporting to the Department Head of Security & Business Continuity and have Security & Business Continuity as your focus, you will however support both teams.
The Facility management team manages essential services and operations that ensure seamless daily functionalities of our site and support significant expansion projects. Meanwhile, the Security & Business Continuity team is entrusted with maintaining on-site security, overseeing Business Continuity Management, and addressing a variety of crucial security-related responsibilities. Together, we ensure the safety, efficiency, and continuous growth of our operations.
Although the department is comprised of two distinct teams, there is exceptional camaraderie and collaboration across the Facilities and Security teams. Despite the department's commitment to diligent and focused work, there is always time for friendly conversations and shared laughter, fostering a positive and enjoyable working environment.

About The Position
The position is designed for students who have a keen interest and passion for enhancing daily operations and ensuring workplace security. The primary responsibility is to assist the teams in their daily activities. Key tasks may include:
- Enhance and manage our engaging Intranet.
- Contribute to our internal communication at our Danish site.
- Assist with various important Security and facility projects, both large and small.
- Collaborate with the team to create clear and effective Standard Operating Procedures.
- Currently enrolled at a relevant Bachelors or a master’s ex. BA of Business administration, PBA Emergency and Risk management at a school in Denmark.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good problem solving and communications skills, i.e., verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work up to 15 hours per week on average, accommodation for your studies and exams
- You are structured and analytical.
- You are actively engaged, have a can-do attitude, and are motivated by having your own responsibilities.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
