The majority of the MRO (Maintenance & Repair Organization) business is located in Arlandastad where we repair and maintain aircraft components in two workshops with head office in Copenhagen. The employees in the Scandinavian organization , repair and deliver aircraft components to customers worldwide and work in the areas of aerostructure, hydraulics, pneumatics and logistics / warehousing and administration. ST Engineering is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Account Manager to join our Customer Support team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and developing customer relationships, managing quotes and orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless sales operations. You will work closely with key customers and ad-hoc clients in the aircraft industry, utilizing your technical expertise and proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and freight management to meet customer needs. This position requires strong language skills in English, as correspondence and documentation will primarily be in this language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated customer support.
  • Oversee freight ordering processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare and maintain status reports and KPIs.
  • On-boarding of new customers
  • Manage quotes and orders efficiently.
  • Track and manage invoices, payments, and follow-ups to ensure timely financial transactions.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Technical insight and understanding of the aircraft industry.
  • Service-minded and flexible approach to customers and tasks at hand.
  • Proactive, Result and Solution-orientated.
  • Experience in Freight management.
  • Knowledge of current Inco terms and customs regulations.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the Scandinavian language.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment where not many days are the same.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This role is based in-office Copenhagen and requires occasional collaboration with team members in different locations, especially our workshop in Sweden.

Flexibility and adaptability are essential to meet customer expectations and manage occasional ad-hoc tasks or urgent requests. Work hours predominantly 0600–1800, but outside normal working hours is to be expected in peak periods.
