Sport Support Specialist – EssilorLuxottica

Are you passionate about sports, logistics, and delivering top-tier customer service? EssilorLuxottica is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sport Support Specialist to join our growing team!

About The Role

As a Sport Support Specialist, you will be the key link between our clients, logistics, and commercial teams. You’ll manage the full order lifecycle, ensure timely deliveries, and provide outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to assigned sport accounts
  • Assist Sales Representatives with order management and customer queries
  • Oversee the order process from entry to final delivery
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer data
  • Attend client meetings and events, both locally and internationally
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies (e.g., discounts, credits, missing items)
  • Support EDI setup and flows with clients
  • Contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

  • Experienced in customer service and support roles
  • A proactive team player with strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • Proficient in Excel, with basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Bonus if you have experience with SAP and familiarity with EDI systems

  • Commercial and Operations teams
  • Credit Control, Logistics, and Planning departments
  • Clients and transport carriers

Om Rollen

Som Sport Support Specialist vil du være det centrale bindeled mellem vores kunder, logistik og kommercielle teams. Du vil håndtere hele ordreprocessen, sikre rettidig levering og yde fremragende support til både interne og eksterne interessenter.

Nøgleopgaver

  • Yde daglig support til tildelte sportskonti
  • Assistere salgsrepræsentanter med ordrebehandling og kundehenvendelser
  • Overvåge ordreprocessen fra indtastning til endelig levering
  • Koordinere med interne afdelinger og eksterne partnere for at sikre smidig logistik
  • Udarbejde rapporter og vedligeholde præcise kundedata
  • Deltage i kundemøder og events, både lokalt og internationalt
  • Identificere og løse ordreafvigelser (f.eks. rabatter, kreditter, manglende varer)
  • Støtte opsætning og drift af EDI med kunder
  • Bidrage til afdelingsprojekter og løbende forbedringsinitiativer

Hvem du er

  • Erfaren inden for kundeservice og supportroller
  • En proaktiv holdspiller med stærke organisatoriske evner
  • Flydende i både dansk og engelsk, skriftligt og mundtligt
  • Fortrolig med Excel og har grundlæggende kendskab til Word og PowerPoint
  • Fleksibel, løsningsorienteret og lærevillig
  • Bonus Erfaring med SAP og kendskab til EDI-systemer
