Eva Solo is known for exceptional Scandinavian design and innovative products that make everyday life both more beautiful and functional. Our export is in a very positive development, and we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and business development-oriented Head of International Sales who together with our talented export team will leverage and strengthen our international presence and brand positioning. Our new Head of International Sales will therefore take overall responsibility for exploiting and expanding our international sales network for kitchen, living, outdoor and furniture products. Eva Solo’s headquarter is based in Maaloev, Denmark, and International Sales is defined as sales outside Scandinavia and DACH.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing International Sales: Take full strategic and operational responsibility for the management and growth of Eva Solo’s International Sales outside of Denmark, Greenland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Financial: Manage budgets and full cost with monthly and quarterly targets, forecasting, KPI and market reporting in close cooperation with your team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, listen, support and motivate the team of our skilled Export Manager, Global Marketplace Manager, and International Sales Coordinator.
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement a strong focused export strategy with increase of sales to existing customers, market expansion and customer acquisitions as main tasks incl. follow up on campaigns and sell-out performances.
  • Key Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with your own key partners and accounts, fostering long-term customer relationships. You understand customer needs and acknowledge the importance of partnership and win-win solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
  • Share brand knowledge with partners and customers to pitch and launch new products and marketing activities.
  • Trade Show Participation: Organize in close cooperation with your team and marketing the participation in international trade shows to showcase Eva Solo products.
  • Travel: High travel frequency to meet with customers, co-visit/ travel with partners, and attend events and trade shows.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in international sales, commercial management, preferably from luxury consumer goods and the Lifestyle industry.
  • Strong in strategy and business development.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships and acumen in negotiations.
  • Team leadership experience, with proven ability to inspire, motivate and develop people and tasks.
  • High self-motivation and independence in organizing projects and day-to-day work.
  • Passion for lifestyle & design with a strong affinity for high-quality design and the ability to communicate that passion authentically.
  • Willingness to travel: Regular travel outside Scandinavia and DACH.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative to drive projects from planning through to execution.
  • Excellent communication and personal skills incl. understanding of multicultural aspects
  • Good command of MS Office applications, with strong Excel and preferable D365 skills. Digital tools as Price shape and SEMrush will be an advantage.
  • Interested in future e-tail and marketplace trends with a knowledge of eCommerce performance improvement.
  • Experience also in furniture business would be an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in Danish and English. All other languages will be a plus.
