Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You

As a Construction & Technical Intern in the Production Department, you will support the team in securing garment quality, fit, and technical precision across GANNI’s collections. You will be part of the full industrialisation process and work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include measuring and registering samples, assisting in garment fittings and ensuring that patterns, fits, and finishes meet our standards. You will also help to update technical sketches and HTM, ensuring clear communication to our suppliers.

In addition, you will contribute to reviewing samples for technical accuracy, support production tracking, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Sustainability is a core part of how we work, and you will help align materials and processes with our sustainability goals and compliance standards.

Must Have Requirements

To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant background, a keen interest in sourcing and production, and a structured, proactive mindset.

• You are currently a student in pattern design or fashion design wit a particular interest in the construction of garments.
• Interest in measurements and fit of garments and industrial production.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Good level of English (interactions with international colleagues and suppliers).
• Rigorous, organized, and proactive mindset.
