Job Description:

STARK Group Own Brand department is seeking a dedicated and skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and a passion for ensuring adherence to industry and EU regulations and standards. As our new Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all STARK Group´s own products and services comply with relevant industry and EU regulations and standards.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of operation.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Training and Education: Provide training and education to team members on compliance-related topics and best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities and findings.
• Customer Service and Assistance: Provide expert advice and assistance to customers regarding compliance-related inquiries.
• Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration in achieving compliance goals.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in compliance or a related field within the builders' industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of operation.
