We are seeking a creative and structured Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Campaign & Activation team with a focus on brand and marketing campaigns, content activation, social media and newsletters. We are on a venture journey, and you will have a huge impact on the organisation from the start. Your role will be focused on planning, activation of assets, and driving the execution of campaigns. Your responsibilities will be:
- Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer retention, and conversion
- Accountability for spotting campaign needs and ideation based on the produced content
- Distribution and activation of content across channels, including coordination of involved stakeholders across translation, growth, and design teams
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the company’s objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with teams across marketing, creative, product, and sales departments
- Drive end-to-end processes of the campaign activation across our core markets
- Create high-quality assets that resonate with the target audience and distribute them across relevant channels
- 2–5 years of experience in brand and marketing campaigns, email marketing, or similar roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong skills in media planning, digital marketing, content strategy, and copywriting with an understanding of consumer psychology
- Creative, innovative mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to leverage AI tools in daily marketing workflows
- Professional fluency in English

Recruitment Process
- Send application and upload relevant information
- Completion of Talent test
- 15 minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team
- 30 minutes online interview with our Marketing Campaign & Activation Lead
- IQ test and case preparation for last interview (homework)
- 60 minutes in-person final interview with our Marketing Campaign & Activation Lead and our CMO
