As our Key Account Manager JULÄINE, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development for the South Nordic region. Nordberg Medical is a Swedish biotech company delivering real innovation to the field of biostimulation, replicating the principles of nature in anti-aging science. In this role, you will focus on our flagship premium product JULÄINE, a superior biostimulator that activates natural collagen production in the skin.

You will report to our Nordic Area Sales Manager, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to develop and implement sales strategies. This is a unique opportunity to join our innovative Nordics team at an early stage and contribute to our journey as a global pioneer in anti-aging solutions!

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Contribute to and implement sales strategies to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accounts.
  • Identify, develop and maintain commercial relationships with Key Accounts in Sweden and Denmark.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and tailor-made customer activity plans with short- and long-term ROI calculations.
  • Attend and present at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic team to develop promotional materials and initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic market and competitive products.

Skills and requirements

Qualifications

  • Sales and commercial experience in medical aesthetics.
  • Experience in a field-based Sales position.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • An established network with KOLs and HCPs in the aesthetics market in the Nordics (Sweden/Norway/Denmark).
  • Knowledge of ROI calculations (e.g. activity plans, budget planning, and price positioning).
  • Experience in organizing events, performing presentations and collaborating with selected KOLs regarding medical trainings.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish/Danish/Norwegian.

This is a field-based position that requires a willingness and ability to travel for business as needed.
