 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate monthly payroll activities with our external payroll provider
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and payroll partners
• Drive process enhancements and support business transformation initiatives
• Ensure high-quality time, attendance, and absence reporting
• Provide expert guidance to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services across the Nordics and Europe
• Support digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects
• Contribute to a strong, cross-country HR Services team

 What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, ideally in a global company
• Solid knowledge of Danish payroll and tax regulations (Nordic experience is a plus!)
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy
• A love for working with systems, data, and process optimization
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently
• Fluency in Danish and English (other Nordic languages are a bonus)
