Our team provides accurate product cost data to support sales teams in pricing. We conduct cost analyses across manufacturing locations, ensuring alignment with group standards. We also maintain and improve costing and pricing tools to empower our colleagues.

Your Role

As a Costing controller, you will be key in our sales tender process by providing precise product costs. You will enhance costing models and methodologies, deepen your understanding of product costs and their drivers, and ensure timely cost calculations for new projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Timely perform cost calculations for new projects based on sales input.
• Gather and coordinate information related to costing projects within CRM.
• Assign CRM calculation projects to the appropriate personnel, including yourself.
• Work with various costing models and enhance their accuracy.
• Update and maintain the models on a monthly basis.

In the short term, you will succeed by quickly integrating into our team and using your analytical skills to contribute to ongoing projects. Over the long term, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement within your role, making a significant impact on our processes and outcomes.

Our team is currently made up of three professionals operating within the Group controlling function. Open communication flows freely among us, and there’s a strong spirit of mutual support. With diverse backgrounds, the team approaches challenges from different angles, which adds depth to our problem-solving. Delivering efficient solutions in costing and pricing is something we take pride in, and there’s an ongoing effort to enhance our own work. The atmosphere at work is enjoyable, and that fun occasionally extends to time spent together outside the office.
