The role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Junior Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will take ownership of selected accounts, and be responsible for developing and implementing account plans that are aligned with our commercial strategy.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play an active role in customer meetings, negotiations and the ongoing communication with customers to drive growth, deliver value, and strengthen long-term relationships. Next to that, you will be supporting the key account management team with both analytical and coordinative tasks.
The overall scope is to be part of the Sales Teams delivery of overall KPI:s such as profitability, P&L, net sales targets, market share targets and developing customer collaboration throughout all categories where Haleon plays.
This is a great opportunity to sharpen your commercial skills, develop into Key Account Management position and work with market leading brands. This is a full-time permanent position based in Vallensbaek, Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibilities for selected Accounts, deliver NSV, GM and market share targets.
- Create, negotiate and execute on account plans, in respect of the overall Haleon strategic direction, under guidance of the National Sales Manager.
- Assist Key account Managers in monitoring and evaluating customer development against the joint business plans in place
- TSM invoice handling support for Key Accounts.
- Promotion planning, forecasting and evaluation.
- Be the right-hand person to Key Accounts to support in delivering financial targets and Budget, Gross Profit, Gross Margin % and Trade Rate target (P&L).
- Be the primary owner of new product launches in the Sales team by managing administration, pricing, timings and delivering input to the trade materials to the Customer Marketing team.
Qualifications and skills
- You have 1 or 2 years of experience working within sales and you are eager to develop further.
- University degree in Economics, Marketing or comparable education.
- Financial knowledge, result oriented, and a commercial mindset
- Fluent in Danish language skills.
- Strong communicator, a great team player with excellent cross functional collaborative skills.
- Professional experience from the OTC or FMCG sector in Sales.
