We’re looking for a talented front-end developer to take ownership of our web app’s look and user experience, driving both the design and functionality to the next level.

What You'll Do

You’re our first dedicated Growth hire. That means you’ll work between product and marketing strategically optimizing and analyzing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead our growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Own the numbers: You’ll live in our dashboards and analytics tools, spotting opportunities and blind spots. Optimizing conversion paths across the funnel.
• Design and run experiments: Funnel improvements, onboarding tweaks, pricing tests, referral incentives, you’ll lead it all. Dig into event-level data to understand user behavior.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to launch growth features and measure their impact.
• Challenge us: We want someone who isn’t afraid to push back, dig deep, and propose bold moves backed by data.
• Support: Work with our head of marketing to manage and scale paid marketing channels (with help from our agency partners).
  
  

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

• Optimize lead performance-driven email marketing
• Analyze open rates, click rates, and user behavior to continuously optimize performance
• Help turn first-time users into long-term fans
  
  

Growth Reporting & Iteration

• Create clear, actionable reports on all growth initiatives
• Run and evaluate growth experiments with a clear hypothesis and success metrics
• Ownership of dashboards and reports across the organization
  
  

Product Marketing

• Work closely with our product team to align launches, features, and updates
• Ensure that our users are always up to date on what’s new and why it matters
  
  

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for seniors with 8+ years of experience in similar growth roles. Must have SaaS experience with cases and excellent references. Also:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a dynamic team.
• Highly structured and analytical approach
• High energy, agency and horse power
• Proven senior in growth marketing, performance marketing, or data-driven digital marketing with the numbers and cases within SaaS to prove it.
• Comfortable and well versed in working with product analytics tools
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, and email tools
• Excellent written communication and clarity of thought
