What You Will Do

  • Ensure market collaboration through regional communities, knowledge sharing, global updates, feedback collection, and best practices
  • Train Service key users by preparing comprehensive training materials and conducting retraining sessions based on adoption level analysis
  • Work on commercial projects with markets, focusing on understanding and documenting their unique operations and business processes
  • Roll out global projects in markets in close collaboration with the CRM team, ensuring alignment with local requirements and seamless execution
  • Provide ad hoc business support for CRM-related questions, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed
  • Gather and analyze market feedback to refine strategies and identify opportunities for sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.

Experience

What you bring

  • Experience with a leading CRM system – preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Proven track record in CRM implementation and adoption in international, cross-functional environments
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, including training, workshops, and community facilitation
  • Background in B2B Customer Service and familiarity with Agile methodologies and Service business processes.

  • Self-driven with a proactive and resilient mindset, able to work independently without guidance
  • Customer-focused, balancing the needs of stakeholders while maintaining a results-oriented approach
  • Passion for change management, embracing challenges and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to align and deliver outcomes across diverse team.
