We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Campaign readiness lead to join our dynamic team in the Drug Substance Support Department in Hillerød.
About The Position
The overall goal is to proactively ensure campaign readiness and secure that issues are faced timely to avoid any loss of quality, product or production time by applying different project management tools and approaches.
In this role, you will drive project management of a campaign by providing oversight, progress tracking and facilitating risk mitigations as part of ensuring the readiness of a campaign. When a campaign is finalized, a lesson learned is also to be conducted by the Campaign Readiness Lead to make sure that proper actions are anchored in preparation for the next campaign of similar or same product.
The role includes that you are to be self-driven and able to prioritize tasks depending on urgency, including the capability of generating, tracking and communicating the progress of a campaign.

The Campaign Readiness team is a smaller sub team within the Support Department. We support a variety of cross functional tasks with the common denominator of working proactively and data driven to ensure readiness for new and existing processes/campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure campaign readiness (quality and schedule) in alignment with all relevant. functions within the organization regarding campaign readiness.
- Daily management and communication of campaign(s) progress of tasks and issues to ensure timely readiness.
- Ability to work structured with Risk analysis and, pro-actively take actions to mitigate risks. identified and ensure effective and precise communication regarding business interruptions.
- Strengthen collaboration with key stakeholders through effective cross-functional. communication and coordination.
- Solid stakeholder management skills and capable of identifying the stakeholder list, analysis, and plan for how to involve and inform different stakeholders. Continuous involvement and alignment with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Operations Management or similar field.
- Strong project management methods and tools (Smartsheet, risk analysis, progress tracking etc.).
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a cGMP or similar regulated environment.
- Familiar with Drug Substance biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
