Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative programs and projects, from initial design through implementation, leveraging the latest digital and technology solutions to improve the LEGO Supply Chain for the future. More specifically, you will
The Operations Transformation department is responsible for scouting, evaluating, and helping to execute major changes in the LEGO Supply Chain. It provides pressure and support to drive transformation to best enable our long-term strategy. Through a global lens and close collaboration with a wide range of partners (across operations, digital and commercial), we can propose new ways to achieve our key objectives. On large and complex efforts, we provide program management and close partnerships across the value chain to successfully drive transformation.
You will join the Supply Chain & Digital Transformation team, which focuses on providing thought leadership, practical solutions, and support in the generation of performance changing supply chain innovation and digitalization. With growing complexity (system, portfolio, networks, etc.) and a need for pioneering setup in planning, we provide thought leadership and are considered partner´s in crime to the business.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end supply chain operations (e.g. planning, logistics, market operations, S&OP, etc.) including proven experience from consultancy with a track record of leading initiatives. Furthermore, you bring

- Solid experience with Kinaxis, S&OP processes, governance and planning.
- Solid experience in leading and driving transformative initiatives across digital/business/product, preferably from global/complex organization(s)
- Exceptional stakeholder management, change management, communication and collaboration skills including the ability to engage and influence others.
- Interest in technology and how it can be applied to Supply Chain
- Experience working in an agile / product orientated structure
- Ability to combine critical thinking with real time operational impact.
- Strong data driven approach with strong business acumen.
