Are you our new ambitious Student Assistant that wants to help us in R&D and gain hands-on experience working in the Medical Device Industry?
Join Coloplast and support our efforts to innovate verification activities by strengthening our test method development capabilities. You will become part of the Test Engineering team in the R&D organisation - dedicated to ensuring that Coloplast can deliver innovative and safe products to the market with world class performance as we continue to make life easier for people with intimate health care needs.
Welcome to your new team
At our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join the Test Engineering team, responsible for delivering the physical test methods needed for all our R&D and Manufacturing activities. From early, abstract concept feasibility tests to formal design verification activities to implementing robust manufacturing testing solutions, we cover a broad range of responsibilities and deliverables! To succeed in our role and responsibilities, we collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside of Coloplast.
Help us explore Testing and Characterization methods
We are always looking at improving our test and characterization methods and exploring new opportunities within the field. As our new Student Assistant, you will have a wide range of tasks and will contribute to exploring our understanding. Are we using the optimal measurement principles? Is the test equipment the most suited for the task? What are our options with regards to automated testing? This and many more questions regarding test and characterization methods will be encountered as a part of this role!

You will be responsible for
Assisting in Test Method development work
Evaluating testing principles
Evaluating test equipment
Various ad hoc tasks for the department
As an ideal candidate, you
Have completed minimum of 3 years of relevant studies within Mechanical, Material, Mechatronic engineering or equivalent.
Have a keen interest in test setups, innovation, and troubleshooting.
Are structured and methodological.
Have a can-do attitude with a high degree of personal efficiency.
Have experience with Solidworks, 3D printing and hands-on laboratory work is very advantageous.
Can work 10-20 hours per week at our headquarters in Humlebæk.
