We are looking for a new colleague in the Supply Chain organisation who will be responsible for planning, facilitating and following up with SMEs, Quality and customers to ensure that changes are implemented compliantly within defined timelines.

About The Team

The Supply Chain organisation in Hillerød consists of 60+ dedicated colleagues with a broad variety of educational backgrounds. Supply Chain consists of a team covering Planning, Sourcing, Strategic Planning & Analytics, SAP Master Data, and Warehousing. Supply Chain Compliance supports all Supply Chain teams with the handling of deviations and CAPA's, document updates, changes, audits, optimization & tech transfer projects. The change coordinators within the compliance team focus on the customer changes related to finished goods. In addition to our colleagues in Supply Chain, we have close collaboration with internal customers spanning across the site, participating and, in some cases, coordinating many cross functional assignments. . Job Responsibilities

The position as a Supply Chain Compliance Change Coordinator in the Supply Chain Compliance team exists to facilitate Finished Goods customer changes.

Customer requests to implement changes to products have to be assessed by the correct subject matter experts (SMEs). Assessments may result in cross functional actions that need to be coordinated to implement the change. The change coordinator ensures changes, related assessments and actions are documented in the appropriate quality system (for eg. Trackwise).

Your daily tasks as Compliance Change Coordinator will include the following:

  • Initiating and coordinating changes through to closure, including interviewing subject matter experts on changes and their impact. Documenting all operations in appropriate quality system
  • Maintaining oversight of multiple changes and following up with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure completion within defined timelines
  • Continuously developing and improving the business processes by providing feedback and leading or participating in optimization initiatives


Developing standard methods of tracking change plan and KPI reporting

Qualifications

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, process engineering, industrial engineering or similar. Diploma/HD within supply chain and logistics is preferable for this position

Experience Required

2 year experience in a change coordinating role within the pharma industry, preferably with finished good/labelling and packaging.

Knowledge and experience with interface between Supply Chain, QA and Manufacturing

Initiative driven / personal drive with the ability to impact processes and results based on capabilities to cooperate on a high level
