You-ll join the Purification Team, part of the Drug Substance Development group within our CMC department. Together, we develop and transfer downstream processes that enable the production and clinical supply of antibody-based biologics-working closely with CDMOs and contributing to regulatory submissions.

What You-ll Do

• Develop, optimize, and scale up purification processes for antibody-based biologics
• Lead tech transfer to external CDMOs, providing scientific and technical oversight
• Support regulatory filings with process development documentation
• Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new purification technologies

Your Background

• Master-s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Engineering-or PhD, depending on experience
• 6+ years in biopharma or biotech industry
• Strong foundation in downstream processing and CMC development
• Hands-on experience with purification of complex antibody formats
• Skilled in balancing technical depth with pragmatic project execution
• Agile, results-driven, and comfortable with shifting priorities and timelines
