Create value for customers and colleagues
Our Internationals team in Nordic Customer Care supports business and large corporate & institutional customers with their daily banking and cash management needs. The role will be anchored in our Internationals team in either Copenhagen, Helsinki, Linköping or Trondheim. There will also be the possibility to work from home two days a week.
In the Internationals team, we assist business and large corporate & institutional customers with international needs in their daily banking and cash management operations, including accounts, payments, liquidity management and digital solutions, ensuring they get the best possible banking solution tailored to their specific needs.

The team, which you will be part of, is responsible for supporting our International customers across the Nordics with daily banking operations such as setting up self-service solutions, opening new accounts, coordinating onboarding of new customers alongside advisers, supporting advisers with credit, and contributing to everything a business customer requests.
It is essential that you can communicate both in writing and speaking in English, as well as fluency in at least one Scandinavian language.
