Are you ready for a change in your work-life? And are you excited about helping other people manage change? Do you see yourself working in a dynamic environment of consultants and designers with some of the largest, most complex organisations as your clients?

Then this may be the perfect job for you!

As a new member of our consulting team, you get to work with the human side of change. Our core value is involvement, and we strive to make leaders and employees co-owners, as change happens with them, not to them. Our services focus on strategy execution, leadership development, and organisational culture. We work closely with our clients, designing diverse solutions that range from workshops and large summits to training academies, learning games, and engagement tools.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • People-first mindset: You’re passionate about helping people through strong involvement and leadership.
  • Consulting or project management experience: Worked as a consultant and/or project manager.
  • Flexible across phases: You’re comfortable contributing to different phases from conceptualisation to practical execution.
  • Team player: You collaborate well and don’t need to be the one ‘centre stage’ all the time.
  • Complex project experience: You’re experienced working on complex projects, and taking responsibility is second nature.
  • Organised and proactive: You’re organised and work actively to keep affairs in order – using established tools and creating your own if the situation calls for it.
  • Client-oriented: Enjoys dealing with people in the intersection between client needs, innovative ideas and the realities of budgets and timelines.
  • Positive and self-driven: Has a go-getter mindset and positive energy, and thrives in an agile team with parallel projects.
  • English fluency: You can write and communicate in English at a professional level, and preferably in Danish. We are an international company with English as our working language.

Perhaps You Also:

  • Facilitation experience: A strong facilitator to lead workshops or discussions effectively.
  • Sales or negotiation skills: You’re comfortable and experienced in engaging with clients on commercial matters.
  • Event planning: You have experience designing and executing in-person and virtual events.
  • Relevant background: You bring experience from a corporate setting, consultancy, or creative agency.
  • Educational foundation: You may have a relevant academic background, perhaps in HR, psychology, communication, or business.

What You Can Expect:

  • High-impact work: Join a dedicated and diverse team helping major Scandinavian and international companies succeed with strategic change.
  • Hands-on involvement: Be a part of running workshops and events, both in Denmark and internationally.
  • Broad exposure: Meet great people and interesting organisations across a wide spectrum of industries and countries.
  • Autonomy and trust: To be met with high expectations, but also with trust and autonomy.

Practicalities:

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Position: Full-time
  • Salary: Based on qualifications

Why Join Us?

  • Real impact: You’ll play an important role in positioning Workz to help some of the biggest companies, in Denmark and beyond, become better at what they do.
  • Client-facing experience: Occasionally, you will also get the chance to work directly on client projects – a unique opportunity to gain insight and experience in professional communications.
  • Flexible schedule: We respect your studies and offer a setup that fits your academic and personal life.
  • Professional development: We offer mentorship and experience to enhance your skills and career prospects.
  • Great colleagues: Work alongside experienced consultants and creatives in a collaborative and inspiring environment – a fun, informal and committed team located in the heart of Copenhagen, right by the King’s Garden.
  • Diversity: We aim to build a diverse team and especially encourage individuals from minority backgrounds or neurodivergent to apply – even if you don’t meet every requirement listed above.
