You will join our Global team of several highly skilled and great colleagues. In the team we are a group of other PQMs and a group of Food Safety and Compliance managers and a student worker - we work closely together with the rest of the quality organization and team up with PQMs of other business units. We strongly believe it is important to have fun while we continuously challenge and improve our processes to the benefit of Novonesis’ customers.
Main Tasks
Your key stakeholders will be the "Dairy Product Management Team" and you will represent Quality and Food Safety in this cross functional team where you will be an important player in ensuring Novonesis products reach our customers in the right quality.

Main Tasks
- Understanding current and future requirements from customers and market
- Leading quality related discussions and decisions in Product Management Team
- Ensuring quality and compliance of products within Novonesis “Food” value chain
- Ensure right product specifications
- Final decision taker regarding dispensations of Finished Goods
- Initiate and drive the needed actions to reduce number of customer complaints
- Support local Quality in resolving non-conforming products (NCR) and complaint handling for product related complaints
- Ensure process efficiency and cross industry alignment
- Be customer voice end to end
Your key stakeholders will be the "Dairy Product Management Team" and you will represent Quality and Food Safety in this cross functional team where you will be an important player in ensuring Novonesis products reach our customers in the right quality.
- Food Safety Management Team and other PQMs in Food and Beverage and Planetary/HH PQM dpt. (daily/weekly)
- Dairy PMT members (daily/weekly)
- Local Quality (ad hoc)
- Sales/Marketing/Business Support and Questionnaire team (ad hoc)
- Knowledge of dairy culture development, formulation, manufacturing processes and intended use of the products
- Good understanding of quality and safety requirements
- Promote business opportunities with a solution-oriented mindset while maintaining a strong focus on Quality standards
- B.Sc. /M.Sc. - Science
- Proven track record as people manager or as project manager
- At least 5 years working experience, preferably within Novonesis / Novozymes / Chr. Hansen Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to provide consistent leadership and guidance when dealing with uncertainty and unplanned or complex issues
- Ability to provide clear communication in a timely manner and facilitate resolution of problems to adequately meet customer requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organization
