Role Overview
Are you an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with a passion for HVAC and a passion for turning technical solutions into real value for customers? We're looking for a commercially driven individual to join our team in Denmark, reporting directly to the Country Head of Sales. Within our dynamic division, we've experienced significant growth, and this is a key role where you'll drive our market position by translating customer needs into innovative, sustainable HVAC solutions for commercial buildings.
Work Environment
This role is primarily based at our office in Ballerup, Denmark. We're open to candidates residing in Zealand, Central Jutland, or East Jutland, provided you're comfortable with approximately 50% travel across Denmark for customer engagements. You'll join a supportive team, collaborating closely with consultants, customers, and international colleagues to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, particularly within the OEM and CTS/BMS segments
- Lead the sales process, focusing on value-based selling and technical consultancy
- Specify our products in collaboration with consulting engineers, OEM customers, and CTS/BMS customers
- Network and build connections with various industry stakeholders
- Tailor solutions for customers by combining your technical knowledge with commercial understanding
- Monitor and report on pipeline development and project progress
- Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for customers and consultants, utilising our Hydronic College
- Participate in trade fairs and events to expand our network and stay up to date with market trends
- Engage clients early in project stages and collaborate with internal engineering teams to prepare comprehensive quotes for building projects in the commercial space
- Relevant HVAC technical, mechanical, or electrical engineering background (e.g., HVAC installer, HVAC technician, Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Engineer, or similar). Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC industry
- Proven experience in value-based solution selling and technical consulting within HVAC, preferably with a focus on BMS/CTS or OEMs
- Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
- Strong commercial drive and the ability to effectively convey complex technical solutions
- An analytical and structured approach to sales, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Outgoing, independent, and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for creating value for customers
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
