The Strategy & Execution team, part of Strategy & Transformation in Technology & Services (T&S), consists of 15 people located in Copenhagen, Denmark and Vilnius, Lithuania. We lead and steer the overall strategic direction for T&S alongside senior leadership. The Strategy Execution & Steering team - led by a direct report to this role - is responsible for driving the execution of our core T&S strategy, setting the strategic direction for T&S and related areas through the Annual Business Review process, and ensuring the successful transformation and implementation of our Forward ‘28 strategy.

Your Responsibilities
As Head of Strategy & Execution, you will lead a pivotal unit within the bank. Your role as leader of leaders involves people management, establishing close cooperation with technology and services units like IT Infrastructure, Digital Solutions, Software Development, and Cybersecurity to ensure alignment between development and technology functions. You will also be working closely with the teams that deliver value towards T&S and align and cooperate with both Personal Customers and Large Corporates & Institutions areas and strategy functions, including Group Strategic Steering.
You will provide servant leadership to other leaders, focusing on building trust and empowering your team. Promoting transparency, openness, and teamwork, you will support our cultural commitments and values.
As Head of the Strategy & Execution Team, you will report to Jan Kjøller Mühlendorph, Head of Strategy & Transformation.

As our new Head of Strategy & Execution, you have experience of shouldering ownership of business, finance and tech outcomes and setting direction to ensure that the team achieves strategic objectives. Furthermore, you have:
- Leadership experience
- Proven ability to develop materials for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Experience in deploying and managing resources appropriately to meet business needs
- A background as a strategy consultant is an advantage but not a requirement
- Experience in the tech industry or financial sector is highly valued
- Strong capabilities in strategic analysis and recommendations
- Expertise or hands-on experience in one or more relevant domains such as GenAI, Cloud, or Process Excellence
- Advanced academic degree
