Are you a great communicator looking for a student or part-time job where you can help users and gain practical experience in customer support and digital solutions? If you're available for a few hours each weekday, then you might be the one we’re looking for!
We’re seeking a part-time team member to help ensure a great experience for users of our app solution, which we develop and operate for shopping centers in Denmark and abroad.
What does the job involve?
You’ll be handling email support for users of our customers’ apps. When a user encounters an issue or has a question, you’ll be the one to help them find a solution or explain how the app works. You’ll also be assisting with various other tasks, such as reviewing receipts submitted by users.
You’ll receive training from our current student assistant and become an important part of our daily customer support operations.

We’re a team of 15 colleagues. Seven of us work from our Aarhus office, and the rest work remotely from various European countries. Our office culture is informal, and we value people who take responsibility and contribute to the team.
At the office, we have coffee, soft drinks, fruit, and snacks. If you’re working around lunchtime, you’ll also have access to lunch from a shared canteen.

- Location: Our office on Søren Frichs Vej in Århus (with the option to work from home when needed).
