Join us as our new Customer Service Representative

Are you ready to grow your career in supply chain operations and being part of a dedicated Customer Service team?

As our new Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, working alongside committed and experienced colleagues to deliver exceptional service. You will manage your own appointed group of customers and collaborate with the team on shared costumers, ensuring every interaction supports a seamless supply experience.

In the team we are the internal voice of the customer in our supply chain from production to shipping out the product, we naturally create and build strong relationships across Novonesis functions. In directly contact with customers, you will help tailor supply solutions that align with their specific needs around cost, order size, packaging, shipping methods, frequency, and documentation. Your focus will be on finding the best match between customer expectations and our supply chain solutions - delivering value to both customers and Novonesis.

Welcome to Customer Service & Logistics

You will be part of an internationally minded team that supports customers across the EMA region. Your focus area will be Global Strategic Accounts and clients in Central Western Europe. In this role, you will work closely with our commercial partners to provide outstanding service and build long-term customer satisfaction.

In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

While our order handling team in India manages the core processing, you will take charge when it comes to solving issues and ensuring top-tier service. You will be the trusted point of contact for your customers, ensuring their orders are handled efficiently and their needs are meet.

By working closely with especially Sales, Warehouses, Quality Management and Finance you will ensure excellent ordering experience and customer service support. By continuously identifying areas for improvement, you will help enhance our processes and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Potentially Relevant Experience

  • A recently completed education in supply chain, logistics, or shipping. Maybe you have some years of practical experience from a global company within customer service processes
  • Preferable knowledge of SAP SD R/3 or another ERP system and MS Office
  • Fluency in English and Danish both spoken and written
  • Thrive in a busy and multicultural working environment that is constantly changing with daily deadlines
  • A strong attention to detail and a high focus on accuracy

  • Are Interested in developing yourself and take on new tasks and responsibilities
  • Are a quick and proactive learner with good communicational skills.
  • Have a team-oriented mindset, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Contribute to optimizing workflows and procedures within your own area

Location: This job will be located at Bagsværd, Denmark
