Core Responsibilities



  • Subject Matter Expertise Advise Employee Relations and people leaders on the end-to-end reasonable adjustment process to maintain compliance with internal policies. Support partners on complex adjustment requests, including nuanced cases involving multiple partners, medical documentation, and/or intersectional considerations such as religious accommodations or ergonomic assessments.
  • Candidate & Employee Support Advise partners in responding to requests and concerns from prospective and current employees, ensuring timely and effective solutions that enable equal access to employment and workplace participation.
  • Training & Thought Leadership Develop and deliver enterprise-wide training programs on disability inclusion, reasonable adjustments, and accessibility standard processes for People Partners, people leaders, employees, and other partners.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation Maintain deep expertise in disability laws and regulations and global disability accommodation frameworks. Provide guidance to People Partners, Employment Legal, and leadership on compliance risks and standard processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Digital, Workplace Experience, Procurement, and other teams to implement accessibility solutions, including assistive technology, ergonomic modifications, and digital accessibility improvements.
  • Vendor Management Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors providing disability support services, including sign language interpreters, captioning providers, ergonomic specialists, and assistive technology suppliers. Ensure vendors meet global compliance standards and align with company policies.
  • Process Optimization & Metrics Evaluate reasonable adjustment processes using data-driven insights, establish key performance indicators (critical metrics), and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, employee satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Global Considerations Work with regional People Partnering and Employment Legal to align reasonable adjustment processes with country-specific disability laws and cultural norms while driving global accessibility consistency.

To successfully launch this framework and equip local teams with the right capabilities, we’re expanding our capacity to support implementation and drive meaningful inclusion worldwide.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in administering reasonable accommodations/adjustments for disabled/neurodivergent employees. In addition, we expect that you have experience with



  • Managing the interactive process with employees, managers, healthcare providers, and legal teams.
  • Collaborating with HR, Legal, and Diversity & Inclusion teams.
  • Designing and delivering training to HR personnel and people managers on reasonable accommodations/adjustments, disability inclusion, and legal obligations.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex, sensitive accommodation cases with discretion and empathy.
  • Familiarity with assistive technologies and workplace accessibility standard methodologies
