Core Responsibilities
As Manager of Adults Retail Shopper Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of creating exciting, data-driven campaigns that resonate with adult consumers. Your contributions will shape how the LEGO brand is perceived and how our partners implement campaigns, ensuring that adult shoppers enjoy meaningful experiences with our products.
Join our newly established Global Retail Shopper Marketing team within Central M&C Marketing, where you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence global campaign development and craft communications tailored for the adult audience.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has a background in marketing, with proven experience in Brand Management or Retail/Trade Marketing within premium global brands. A strong foundation in retail marketing, shopper engagement, digital marketing, and agency management is preferred. You should have a shopper-first attitude, balancing creativity and data to drive impactful initiatives and excel in omnichannel campaign development.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and working effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, retail activations, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
