We’re looking for a structured and ambitious Building Constructor to support our projects both technically and administratively – with a diverse task portfolio and strong opportunities for professional growth.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Thomas Andersen A/S is a well-regarded construction company delivering high-quality services, primarily within general and turnkey contracting. With in-house carpentry and joinery production and a solid network of skilled subcontractors, they work closely with architects and engineers to ensure the best solutions for clients.
The company employs approximately 30 carpenters, 10 apprentices, and 13 administrative staff.
The head office is located at Marienlystvej 35 in Skive, with modern workshop and office facilities, along with a satellite office in Viborg to support their local presence.

We’re looking for a structured and ambitious Building Constructor to support our projects both technically and administratively – with a diverse task portfolio and strong opportunities for professional growth.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Preparing cost estimates for tenders (in collaboration with and guided by the tender manager)
- Setting up documentation within:
- Quality assurance (QA)
- Health and safety
- Building element overviews
- Creating and maintaining a database of documentation from past projects
- Managing setup and updates of DS1140, including guidance and support for subcontractors
- Leading implementation of sustainability requirements and related documentation, as well as maintaining best practice materials
- Contributing to updates and operation of our social media (LinkedIn and Facebook)
- Handling ad hoc tasks that ease the workload of project managers
- Educated Building Constructor or similar
- Experience from a similar position is an advantage – but newly graduates with the right attitude are welcome too
- Interest in quality, sustainability, and structured building processes
- You work in a methodical way and enjoy both the details and the big picture
- Curious about digitalization, standards, and process development
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- A broad and varied role where you can grow with the responsibilities
- Excellent opportunities for further education (e.g. DGNB certification)
- A key role in a dedicated and collaborative team
