The Role

Are you a bachelor student motivated by administrative support and eager to gain hands-on experience in the clinical development landscape? Join Genmab’s Development Operations Business Effectiveness team as a student worker and contribute to the operational backbone of our clinical trials!

This is a unique opportunity to support a passionate, highly engaged and experienced team while developing your professional skills in a global biotech environment. Development Operations is responsible for managing clinical cancer trials from first-in-human trials through to late-stage development. As a student worker, you will become part of a student team supporting our department that transforms scientific strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the entire Development Operations department. Your tasks will include:

  • Contract management: Initiate and track the signature process for clinical trial agreements, task orders, and related documents; ensure timely follow-up and archiving.
  • Clinical trial agreement amendments: Support the handling of amendments, including budget reviews and documentation.
  • Sponsor TMF & record management: Upload and manage clinical trial documentation in the Trial Master File (TMF); assist with system support.
  • Onboarding & training coordination: Draft onboarding documents, manage the signature process for training plans and other GxP-relevant dossier files, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and timelines. Enroll employees in training, and maintain the department dossier.
  • Operational support: Assist with inspections, plan meetings and events, maintain SharePoint sites, arrange travel, and provide general administrative support.

Requirements

We are seeking a service-minded and detail-oriented student who meets the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, medical or health sciences, or IT – you are on second to fourth semester.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) and comfortable navigating various IT systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ideally prior experience from another student job.
