Due to positive development, we are looking for a Manufacturing Support Engineer to help us become even better in what we do. With reference to our Technical Support Manager, you will be part of a team that is responsible for service, technical support and calibration of the company's machines and equipment.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include the following;

  • Supplier engagement requesting and coordinating external service technicians
  • Ensure equipment calibration in compliance with technical standards
  • Design and facilitate common calibration procedures
  • Improve equipment and process SOPs
  • Participate in qualification & validation of equipment and utilities
  • NCR and CAPA handling
  • Project participation in purchase of new machines

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role you will have the following;

  • a bachelor's or master's degree and knowledge of GMP / GXP production and preferably ISO13485, or proven experience in similar field.
  • Experience with managing compliant calibration of equipment/utilities/facilities with third party service providers.
  • an operational and business-oriented approach to tasks and passionate about getting things done.
  • An advantage if you have knowledge of Lean principles, but not crucial
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
  • Driven to execute tasks and get results.

Apart from these more technical skills, you should also have:

  • organized, with strong attention to detail whilst being able to focus on critical priorities with efficiency.
  • a strong valuation of processes and able to follow them accordingly with strong attention to detail, with the aim to ensure compliance with Agilent's Quality standards.

  • demonstrate a positive approach to wide-ranging tasks whilst establishing relationships within the organization.
