About The Job
In this role, you will be pivotal in our P&C change journey, making a meaningful impact by leading key strategic projects.
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Head of Global P&C projects to help solve some or most critical People & Culture projects. Your immediate priority will be to oversee a successful implementation of our HRIS (Oracle Fusion HCM) - one of Falck’s most strategic digital advancements in recent years. This foundational initiative is key to establishing global, harmonised P&C processes and a unified platform for data-driven decision-making. Building on this foundation, you will lead a team of four professionals, focused on solving complex P&C challenges, driving a wider range of projects and initiatives. This includes driving process improvements, leading strategic projects and initiatives that enhance our global P&C operating model and addresses business priorities and workforce needs.
You will act as a key link to the Head of Global People & Culture, working collaboratively with global and local P&C leaders and subject matter experts, together with business leaders, IT partners, and other key functions, ensuring strong collaboration and clarity of purpose across functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the successful implementation of HRIS, ensuring it’s effective rollout and adaption across the organisation, and report to the Steering Committee accordingly
- Identify and manage a strategic portfolio of key P&C projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and Falck’s global P&C roadmap
- Partner with global and local P&C leaders, business stakeholders, IT, and external consultants to ensure integrated and aligned delivery
- Drive effective project execution and continuous improvement using iterative delivery methods and design thinking approaches
- Develop and maintain strong governance structures, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making throughout each phase of transformation
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and future enhancements that strengthen the employee experience and support organisational goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Global People & Culture, providing insight and strategic recommendations based on project outcomes and stakeholder feedback
We imagine you bring proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs and in driving strategic projects, ideally including large-scale HRIS implementations. With your strong foundation in project and change management, you also demonstrate the ability to lead teams through transitions and deliver meaningful results.
With a deep understanding of global P&C processes, operating models, and technology, you take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, working with design thinking principles and iterative delivery methods.
Finally, you see yourself as an inspirational and inclusive leader with a strong track record of developing talent, cultivating psychological safety, and creating high-performing teams that thrive in dynamic environments. Your communication and stakeholder management skills are exceptional, enabling you to influence and align with senior leaders across our organisation.
