About La Cabra
La Cabra is a modern coffee and bakery company that began its journey in Aarhus in 2012. This fall, we are proud to open our new Nordhavn Roastery in Copenhagen. More than just a production facility, this location will serve as a central hub for quality control, offering dedicated spaces for both public and private training sessions. It will also feature our flagship coffee bar, showcasing and celebrating our coffee program at the heart of our brand.
Over the past few years, we have expanded internationally, opening locations in New York, Oman, and Bangkok, with further openings planned in key markets across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe throughout 2026. At La Cabra, we take pride in attracting highly engaged and quality-minded colleagues, and we look forward to integrating the successful candidate into our growing international team.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual who shares our commitment to quality, integrity, and passion within the specialty coffee industry. You will play a key role in creating meaningful coffee experiences and supporting partners who align with La Cabra’s focus on seasonality, quality, and integrity, ensuring clients are well-equipped, trained, and inspired to maintain high standards.
Customer retention and relationship building are important aspects of this role, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts with support from our team, including cuppings and event assistance.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you’ll join a team focused on quality at every level — from the coffees we roast and the aesthetics of our spaces, to the relationships we nurture. You’ll help bring intentionality, transparency, and care to every client interaction, ensuring our wholesale experience reflects the same standards as the rest of our brand.

- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships through personalized, proactive support that drives loyalty and consistent ordering, while maintaining a strong focus on coffee quality in brewing and service.
- Provide expert customer service with deep knowledge of La Cabra’s coffee, brewing methods, and equipment, delivering timely technical assistance, hands-on training, troubleshooting, and regular visits.
- Play a key role in driving new business growth by proactively identifying potential partners and providing strategic insights that shape effective outreach and strengthen relationship-building efforts.
- Work closely with our Head of Sales and Client Relations to help strengthen and evolve our wholesale and client support programs, contributing alongside a team based in Denmark, and across Europe, Asia, and North America.
- Plan and support events and initiatives that boost client engagement and brand loyalty.
- Monitor client satisfaction and activity, reporting insights to continuously improve the client experience and develop creative value-added opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members, demonstrating approachability, independence, and excellent time management to meet diverse client needs.
- Work from our office in Nordhavn and be prepared to visit local clients in Copenhagen, Denmark, as well as clients across the Nordic region.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in specialty coffee, preferably with sales and business development experience.
- Strong communicator who is approachable, proactive, and able to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Solid knowledge of coffee brewing and basic technical support skills; additional training with equipment partners may be provided.
- Fluent level of Danish and English is preferable.
- Demonstrates a passion for quality and a commitment to building long-term, values-driven client partnerships.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts, maintaining personalized client engagement and delivering timely support and training.
