In our professional team of landscape architects, we work with landscape and sustainability on a broad variety of multidisciplinary projects in relation to infrastructure - from highways in open land, urbane roads and spaces, to all types of climate projects, stormwater management, land reclamation, coastal landscape etc.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Sketching and design of sustainable landscape solutions e.g., climate adaptation, urban development, and other large infrastructure projects.
  • Solve small and large problems across other technical disciplines, including road/highway, water, construction, and environment.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues across COWI (e.g. water, road, railway, construction, port construction, etc.).
  • Handling clients' wishes, needs and values to contribute to a trust-based, close and professional collaboration.
  • Independently take on the role as design/discipline lead on projects.
  • Foster and contribute to a high professional level within the discipline, and act as a mentor and sparring partner for your colleagues.
  • Contributing to the technical development of the discipline.

We expect that you have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a landscape architect, architect, urban landscape engineer or similar.
  • Professional skills as a Discipline Lead or Project Manager and experience with customer contact and supervision.
  • A good knowledge of materials and plants, and their use.
  • Extensive experience with tender documents, both descriptions and drawings, and their preparation.
  • Experience with AutoCad or MicroStation (3D design experience is a plus).
  • Fluent language competencies in Danish and experience working on Scandinavian projects.
