Bringing new life to an aging industry
As Head of the Digital Innovation Department, you will be responsible for driving the development of digital solutions across ABC’s entire business. You will play a key role in developing and implementing digital services—both in project delivery and in our internal processes.
You will lead a highly skilled department, where tasks range from developing visualization and automation tools to strategically prioritizing upcoming Business Intelligence and data analysis initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with Business Director Jesper Wallaert, the tender team, and our interdisciplinary departments.
Your Responsibilities
You bring at least 10 years of experience working with digitalization in the construction or architecture industry. You motivate your team by creating a positive work environment and ensuring they thrive—professionally and personally. You’re also able to translate your technical knowledge to various audiences, from fellow specialists to colleagues less familiar with your field. This communication strength will be key, as you’ll be collaborating closely with fellow department managers, business unit directors, and the executive leadership team.
We imagine you hold a relevant degree – such as MSc in Engineering, Architectural Technology, or Architecture – and thrive at the intersection of technology, construction, and business.
