Job Description
Responsible to provide day-to-day professional HR support and policy adminstration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle (e.g. hiring, training, employee relations). Provides technical expertise and management reporting and may be responsible for Legal compliance / Employment Law (e.g. annual Affirmative Action Plan). Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years in an HR support role, will likely be working towards or have an HR qualification (e.g. SHRM). This is an experienced professional, front line advisory HR position.
