Responsibilities
- Create an ambitious product vision, strategy and roadmap to innovate and pioneer Play for the LEGO Group.
- Connect the dots between the LEGO Group values and ambition, changing consumer expectations, industry trends, and foresight on Play, to inform strategic direction and identify emerging opportunities for innovation.
- Develop close collaboration with other Mission Leads, and establish a network of key stakeholders inside Creative Play Lab and beyond.
- Represent the mission to the broader organisation and inspire others to align with the cause.
- Encourage bold ideas and visionary thinking while promoting small-scale experiments and rapid prototyping to validate concepts quickly and efficiently, minimizing risk while maximizing learning.
- Foster an environment where hands-on experimentation is key, allowing team members to gain insights through real-world application and iterative development, turning ideas into tangible results.
- Build, lead and empower cross-functional mission team with a “one mission mindset” fostering collaboration among individuals with diverse expertise.
- Deep experience in leading cross functional teams through the journey of innovation.
- Proven track record in tunning product visions and ideas into desirable, viable and feasible product propositions.
- Fluid workshop facilitator in the digital space and who thrives working in a global, remote, virtual team set up.
- Ability to create exciting innovation visions and bring them to life through storytelling in a way that inspires and motivates others to join the mission.
- Experience applying lean principles to design, conduct, and analyze experiments that validate hypotheses and inform product development decisions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from tests. experiments and pilots, utilizing insights to drive informed decisions and iterate on products or processes.
- Strong commercial understanding from consumer goods or entertainment industry is a plus.
