About MagVenture

MagVenture is a pioneering Danish medtech company and global leader in magnetic stimulation therapy. As result of FDA-approval and scientific studies, our cutting-edge Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technology is now transforming the treatment of complex conditions such as depression, OCD, and neurological disorders like Parkinson’s, dementia, and PTSD.

With more than 200 dedicated employees globally – and growing fast – we offer you a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in medical technology. All product development and manufacturing take place in-house at our headquarters near Copenhagen (Farum), ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines.

The Role

You will take ownership and architect our device-management cloud application, its CI/CD pipelines and the global infrastructure that serves clinics 24/7. You’ll work across back-end, front-end, and database layers, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-efficiency while championing DevSecOps best practice.

Technologies

C#/.NET, Blazor, YAML pipelines, Docker, Terraform (IaC), Azure (AKS, App Service, SQL, Storage, Key Vault, Front Door), Grafana/Loki, Prometheus, Azure DevOps, OWASP tooling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and evolve the multi-region cloud app that connects clinics worldwide
  • Manage multi-datacentre deployments across Azure, AWS or local providers
  • Build Terraform IaC modules; automate disaster-recovery, backups, and blue-green releases
  • Design and maintain high-trust CI/CD pipelines (unit, integration, security scanning)
  • Implement observability stack with SLO alerts (App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Champion DevSecOps: secrets management, least-privilege RBAC, OWASP Top 10 hardening, TLS 1.3
  • Mentor developers on containerisation, Docker host optimisation and Kubernetes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years DevOps / SRE in cloud-hosted .NET environments
  • Deep skills in Azure and Terraform; comfortable translating C# build/runtime issues
  • Strong grasp of networking, identity (AAD/OIDC) and encryption
  • Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns
  • Comfortable in an agile environment, able to take initiative and adapt to evolving project needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders for project alignment
  • Thriving in teamwork and innovation
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is an advantage
  • Based in the Copenhagen area with a valid work and residence permit.

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements – if you’re passionate about medical technology and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare data exchange (FHIR/HL7)
  • Familiarity with medical device standards (e.g., IEC 62304)
  • Understanding of data protection and cybersecurity (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Experience of Scrum, Kanban or similar methodologies
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket.
