We are looking for dedicated and detail oriented GMP Material Handlers, so come and join our hardworking and fun warehouse team!
Your New Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Evening Shift Materials Handler to join our expanding warehouse team.
Currently, this shift operates currently Monday through to Thursday from 14:00 to 23:00, but as we continue to expand and align with production needs, we will be transitioning to a 24/7 schedule that includes weekend coverage in the near future.
You will assist in the preparation and shipment of products, ensuring all procedures adhere to regulatory requirements. You will also coordinate with production, quality control and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Your New Role

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in compliance with GMP regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Delivering materials to production in a timely manner.
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and meet production needs.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of the warehouse to meet the GMP standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse or similar environment is preferred but no a requirement.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance requirements is preferred but no a requirement.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office, SAP, and other IT applications.
