Job Responsibilities
Service Order Handling
- Manage end-to-end service order handling processes for D4 customers and partners across the EMEA region.
- Ensure timely generation of quotes and invoices related to billable service activities.
- Maintain high performance in handling service-related cases, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
- Plan, prioritize, and implement service activities in alignment with maintenance contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Work cross-functionally to ensure resource allocation and timely execution of service operations.
- Coordinate and manage customer service projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Track progress and report on key project outcomes related to service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to agreed-upon customer service levels and quality standards.
- Monitor case metrics and implement continuous improvements in service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in service operations, order handling, or a customer-facing commercial support role.
- Strong understanding of service delivery processes and SLA management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across regions.
