Hybrid Greentech inspires organizations to be green pioneers and invest in electrical energy storage so that together we can reach 100% renewable energy. We and our customers are part of an emerging renewable market expected to see 30-fold growth over the coming years.

We are a diverse and international team of 30+ people with expertise in renewable energy, energy storage, energy trading, machine learning, and AI. Together, we aim to revolutionize energy storage, grid-scale battery systems, and other flexible assets in the energy and power markets.

Based in our Høje Tåstrup office, you’ll help build the foundation of our data platform, enabling smart decisions across energy assets and markets.

More specifically, your areas of responsibility will be

• Building and maintaining reliable data pipelines and models
• Working with Postgres and Clickhouse to manage structured and time-series data
• Developing transformations and logic using Python and SQL
• Supporting streaming and batch data use cases, potentially using Kafka-like systems
• Collaborating with analysts, engineers, and product owners to serve data needs

What you bring and your qualities

We’re looking for someone with:

• 1–2 years of experience building or contributing to a data platform
• Solid experience in Python and SQL
• Experience with Postgres; familiarity with Clickhouse is a plus
• Exposure to tools like DBT or SQLMesh is a bonus
• Understanding of Kafka-compatible streaming systems is a plus
• Interest or experience in working with data from IoT or operational systems
