Agile Coach

Are you an experienced Agile Coach with a record of delivering strong results? Are you used to working in a complex environment and helping teams and organisation become high performing in an agile context? Then you might be our new Agile Coach for Global IT.

Global IT in BWS consist of 10 DEVOPS teams that are responsible for delivering our IT products and platform to all of BWS. The teams collaborate closely with each other and our other IT departments to help deliver IT to our internal business functions and external customers while securing a stable and efficient operations.

As our Agile Coach you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and implementation of agile methodologies across Global IT. This role is essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing agile practices, and ensuring the successful transformation of our organisation.

Drive the design of our agile ways of working across Global IT

The key responsibilities includes:

• Process owner for our agile ways of working, setting the direction and guiding principles that our product/platform teams should adhere to
• Owner of our agile delivery tools and ensuring they support our agile best practices and enable data-driven insights
• Responsible for optimizing and improving our agile ways of working and driving a continuous improvement mindset
• Owner of both the Product Owner and Scrum Master community of practice
• Coaching and mentoring of our product/platform owners and scrum masters, helping them grow in their roles and in creating high-performing product/platform teams
• Owner of our agile training approach and offerings
  
  

As our Agile Coach, your success will ultimately be measured by your ability to enhance the value our teams deliver to our business users. You will help foster improved flow, high predictability, drive continuous improvement in team performance and processes and ultimately strengthen our organization's agile capabilities. You are a natural collaborator with exceptional communication skills, fostering strong relationships across teams and departments. Your approach is rooted in a continuous improvement mindset, driving positive change and empowering others.

Experience

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working in an agile environment
• Deep understanding of different agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with change management

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage
