As a Project Manager, you will become a part of a global and diverse team of more than 300 colleagues located in Copenhagen, London, Hamburg, Singapore, Beijing and USA. This means that there's also the opportunity to travel 10 to 20 days a year in order to meet your colleagues, establish your network and grow your portfolio. The role will, amongst other tasks, be focusing on safeguarding the fulfillment of the Customer Resolution Services (CRS) objectives (collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks and monitoring the progress against strategic goals) and coordinating business management and strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-up. A great opportunity to gain an insight into the entire CRS functioning and the business as a whole. The position is reporting directly to the Global HO Customer Resolution Services (CRS), with the following tasks within the scope:
- Support the Head of CRS in daily business with recurring and non-recurring tasks, incl. planning, agenda preparation and follow-up
- Conducting in-depth internal and external research and analysis (customer experience, efficiency) on dedicated business topics to support decision-making
- Global coordination of the CRS team (organizing workshops and cross regional alignment efforts), in cooperation with the global CRS leadership team
- Managing internal/external communication (interacting with colleagues and customers worldwide) and enhancing the visibility of the global CRS team
- In addition, supporting the HO CRS in his Order2Invoice (O2I) related responsibilities such as data analytics, project management of dedicated O2I topics and maintaining strong working relationships

- Experience in the aviation industry would be an asset
