Your role in our team
As our new intern within our Continuous Improvement department, you will be working closely together with colleagues in developing, implementing and follow up on processes and activities. You will become an active partner working with our strategy and improving our processes with responsibility for your own tasks.
Moreover, you will be part of a company with a lot of engaged, knowledgeable and international employees, where Continuous Improvement is a driving factor for the culture in the department and the daily work.
To succeed as an intern, you need to be committed and passionate. Meeting deadlines with high-quality work is crucial and staying organized while managing multiple tasks at once is essential. You should also communicate effectively and understand the importance of working across different functions.

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

- Challenging and developing our current processes within our production facilities
- Conduct complex analyses
- Challenge status quo on processes
- Lead improvement projects
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
- You are a student at a relevant bachelor’s e.g. mechanical, marine, process, value chain or technology – preferred in your last semester of your study
- You can conduct complex analyses
- You have experience with the entire Microsoft Office package such as Excel and PowerPoint
