What Will You Build
Teton is collecting a vast amount of data at the point of care, including a lot of patient health data. You will be creating agents that take this data and creates novel insights for care givers, help automating workflows. Rethink the way that our users interact with our system in the age of AI. You will be a key part in our Agentic AI efforts working with the newest models and capabilities, both with text, vision, TTS and STT.

You have
- Experience building LLM agents, multi agent orchestration and how to evaluate them.
- Knows how to optimize LLM work for tight latency requirements
- Worked with type-safe languages (Typescript) and also expertise in python
- Worked with LLM frameworks such as langchain
- Built APIs and network technologies (HTTPS, Websocket, etc)
- your personal preferences can change in conversation with other bright developers
- how to learn new programming languages, libraries and technologies
- performance optimisation without measuring is guessing
- how to recognise when a new shiny tool is just good marketing
- you will probably not use all the technology you read about, but you can't help yourself searching for a better solution
