The Team
We are the Advanced Bioenergy Fund Investment Team – and we’re looking for a new colleague to join us on our mission to create real, lasting impact in the fight against climate change.

The Advance Bioenergy Fund plays a vital role in decarbonizing sectors like heavy transport, maritime shipping, and agriculture by investing in circular solutions that transform waste into sustainable green gas and fuel.

The Role
Based in Copenhagen, you will join a highly motivated international group of highly skilled colleagues with extensive experience in investments in energy and infrastructure assets. You will contribute to the development, structuring and execution of CIP’s infrastructure investments globally with a focus on investments in advanced bioenergy.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Financial modelling, valuation, and structuring of investments
  • Market analysis and due diligence of new investment opportunities
  • Visualization and presentation of technical and financial data to stakeholders
  • Working together with industrial partners and advisors

The position is part-time and based in CIP’s HQ, Copenhagen

You
The work environment at CIP is engaging and offers an international and intellectually stimulating atmosphere. We’re looking for a 2nd or 3rd year Bachelor student with an analytical approach and a willingness to learn.

Key qualifications include:

  • Solid work ethic with a willingness to take initiative
  • Someone supportive in team efforts, with proficient written and spoken English skills, multiple languages is always an advantage
  • Thriving with responsibility and displaying attention to detail
  • Interest in corporate finance, strategy, and M&A
  • Curious and creative mindset with an ability to organize tasks effectively
  • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
