Be part of our Product Delivery Technology department — where we deliver collaborative, intuitive, and automated functions that ensure consistency, coherence, and traceability across all domains involved in the change process. We're seeking a skilled Backend Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll work in a “you build it – you run it” setup, delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable features using technologies like C#, .NET, AWS, and Kubernetes.

Core Responsibilities
In addition to actively contributing to the Consumer & Marketing Platform Technology codebase, you will
- Collaborate closely with teammates to continuously improve development practices.
- Deliver features with full ownership, from idea to deployment and operation.
- Build secure, high-quality solutions using test-driven development and test automation.
- Work within CI/CD pipelines to ensure frequent and reliable delivery.
- Maintain and evolve the system’s data models to meet business needs.
- Take full ownership of your work, from planning through production support.

Do you have what it takes?
We’re looking for someone with
- Experience in API development and management.
- Proficiency in C# or another strongly typed language (e.g. Java, TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with data integration and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with containers, ideally Kubernetes.
- A strong team-first mentality and the ability to collaborate.
- Curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo and learn continuously.
- Experience with Elastic (Elasticsearch).
- Experience implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
